BandBEAT 2024: Clayton HS and D.W. Daniel HS Crowned Grand Champions
Clayton HS - 2024 Silver Division Grand Championship (1A & 2A)
D.W. Daniel HS - 2024 Gold Division Grand Championship (3A, 4A, & 5A)
On Saturday, October 5, bands from across the Carolinas competed at the annual BandBEAT Marching Band Championships hosted by Carolina Crown and the Catawba Ridge HS Band Boosters. Clayton HS claimed the 2024 Silver Division Grand Championship (1A & 2A), while D.W. Daniel HS secured the Gold Division Grand Championship (3A, 4A, & 5A). These awards were given to the highest scoring band in each division, regardless of class.
Also winning their respective class championships were Clayton HS (Class 1A) from Clayton, NC, Hartsville HS (Class 2A) from Hartsville, SC, D.W. Daniel HS (Class 3A) from Central, SC, Indian Land HS (Class 4A) from Indian Land, SC, and Clover HS (Class 5A) from Clover, SC.
