Bringing your group to NightBEAT is the perfect way to entertain students, promote teamwork and camaraderie, strengthen relationships and boost morale; all while experiencing an unforgettable outing!

Marching bands, alumni groups, associations and others, can all enjoy our special group benefits when bringing 20 or more people to the show. We offer discounts for groups in Tier 3 (Yellow), Tier 4 (Green) and Tier 5 (Blue) seating sections. Group tickets are subject to a $4/ticket fee.

Our process for group sales is simple:

  1. Reserve a block of seats for your group. It’s ok if you don’t have your final number yet, we will hold an estimated block for you to finalize at a later date.

  2. Determine the final number of seats you need in your block and report that information to us by May 31.

  3. We will send you a final invoice for your order to pay by check or credit card.

  4. For ease of distribution, we will send you digital tickets to your email that can be printed and distributed to your group. We do not offer digital wallet or mobile tickets with large orders unless requested.

  5. Enjoy the show!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We can accept payment by school check or credit card (please check that your card has a daily limit that will cover your order). We also accept school purchase orders for group orders, however payment must be received by June 30, 2024 or your tickets will be released.

  • You must purchase 20 tickets to qualify as a group.

  • Once you place an order, you can always add tickets to it and receive the group rate. We would prefer that you don't add on one ticket at a time, but we know that there will always be that "one more ticket" to add and will do everything we can to accommodate. Please keep in mind, the tickets that you add on may not be in the same location as your original ticket order, but we will get them as close to the original location as available. Group discounts are not available the day of the event.

  • Group rates are not available the day of the show. Tickets can be purchased the day of the show but we recommend ordering them sooner as all prices increase on the day of the event.

  • We do not offer complimentary tickets with our groups. It is recommended that you include tickets for the bus driver(s) in your group numbers.

  • All tickets will be sent electronically via printable tickets. Tickets will be sent out within 72 hours of payment being received. If you do not receive your tickets after that time, please contact our Office and we will assist in providing your tickets to you.

  • As soon as possible! The sooner you order, the closer to the 50-yard line you will be. Group tickets are issued on a first come first served basis. Groups paying for their tickets with a credit card can purchase up to the end of business the day before the event date. Groups wanting to pay for their tickets with a check will need to have their check to our office no later than July 15 to ensure payment is received.

  • We offer group pricing in three sections - Tier 3 (Yellow), Tier 4 (Green) and Tier 5 (Blue). Discounts are not available for Tier 1 (Red), Tier 2 (Orange), or any of the Club & Suite options.

  • We encourage you to bring your band parents along on the trip. It is a great way to get your boosters excited for the upcoming marching band season! To receive the group discount, parents will need to purchase their tickets as part of your group order. We’re sorry, we are unable to offer group pricing outside of the main group’s order or when purchasing individual tickets.

  • Once payment is processed for your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that can be used as your receipt. This will have the amount of tickets purchased and how much was paid. It will not always have your seat location. Always refer to the ticket for your seat location. Often times the e-mail receipts are filtered into a spam folder when going to school e-mail addresses. If you haven't received an e-mail receipt within 48 hours of your order, please call the our office to have them resend a copy. If you need an invoice from us, please call at least 48 hours (during regular business hours) before you will need the invoice and one will be created and sent to you via e-mail.

  • Yes, you may place your seats on hold for NightBEAT! Tickets can be heldup to two (2) weeks before the date of the event.All seats on hold two weeks before the event will be released back to general sale.

  • No. With all tickets being ordered and sent electronically, plus our staff not arriving at the venue until the day of the event, there will not be a need to go to the stadium box office before the event.
