2017 CrownTOUR Teams Needed
For years now you have heard our cry, "Calling All Volunteers"! It's once again time to ask for the assistance of all of our supporters in getting the corps down the road on yet another summer tour. Support staff are needed to do everything from cook and serve food four times a day, prepare over 12,500 gallons of drink mix, mend a torn uniform or flag in a rush before a big show, empty trash bag after trash bag, or "just be there" to answer a question, lend a helping hand and be a nightly cheering section. All of this helps us to provide a tremendous experience for our members! And we promise...it will be an experience you will never forget!

The best way to learn what being a member of the corps' support staff is all about before you come out on tour is to sign up to volunteer for one of our winter camps (see camp schedule in the membership information area of our website), or at spring training.
Sign-up TODAY to become part of TeamCROWN and tour with Carolina Crown this summer! This year’s volunteer team dates are below. You can view our corps calendar to see our show schedule and locations. Housing sites will be added to the calendar in late Spring as they are confirmed. Please sign-up for one (or more) teams before they fill up, or any dates that are convenient for you! A portion of a team segment is also very helpful if you can’t do it all!
There are many projects that we need help with during Spring Training which will be held at Gardner Webb University from May 20th-June 18th. We need help feeding the members from the food truck on the weekends, and there's lots of uniform organization, labeling, sorting and sewing to do. If you are available to help during Spring Training please let Nancy know.
Travel plans should be discussed with Nancy at email@example.com prior to being made so that efficient transportation pick-ups/drop-offs can be made by the corps, and to confirm the corps location.

“Team Kick Off Tour” - Leaves Gardner Webb University on Sunday 6/18 at 8PM; returns to Fort Mill Sunday 6/25 from Massillon, OH (cars can be left at the Crown office. Shuttle will be provided back to Fort Mill)
“Team Music For All” – Crown shuttle leaves Fort Mill on Friday 6/23 at 7PM to Massillon, OH; returns to Fort Mill Saturday 7/1 from Muncie, IN
“Team Happy 4th” – Crown shuttle leaves Fort Mill on Thursday 6/29 at 7PM to Muncie, IN; returns to Fort Mill Friday 7/7 from Lexington, SC
“Team Florida” – Crown shuttle leaves Fort Mill on Friday 7/7 at 1PM to Lexington, SC; returns to Fort Mill Thursday 7/13 from Western Carolina University, Cullowee, NC)
"Team Southwest” – Crown shuttle leaves Fort Mill on Thursday 7/13 at 1PM; ends in San Antonio, TX on Sunday 7/23 (no shuttles)
“Team South”– Begins on Sunday 7/23 in San Antonio, TX at 4PM; ends on Sunday 7/30 at TOC NightBEAT, Winston-Salem, NC (no shuttles)
“Team East Coast” – Begins on Sunday 7/30 at TOC NightBEAT at 10AM, Winston-Salem, NC; returns to Fort Mill on Sunday 8/6 from Allentown, PA (shuttle will be provided back to Fort Mill)
“Team Champions” – Crown shuttle leaves Fort Mill on Friday 8/4 at 7PM to Allentown, PA; ends on Saturday 8/12 after DCI World Championships, Indianapolis, IN (limited space available for return to Fort Mill, Sun 8/13)
